§01 / The machine
Every part of Gen 3 was redesigned around one question: what does a person's job actually need? Select a numbered point on the drawing, or use the tabs.
01 — Perception
Eight global-shutter cameras give a full 360° view with no blind spot behind the shoulders. Two short-range depth sensors take over at arm's length, where a few millimetres decide whether a glass is picked up or knocked over.
A six-microphone array hears its name across a noisy floor and ignores the radio.
02 — Hands
Each hand has 22 degrees of freedom, driven by tendons from actuators in the forearm, so the fingers stay slim. Tactile skin on every fingertip and across the palm reports pressure, slip and temperature a thousand times a second.
If something starts to slide, the grip corrects before you would notice.
03 — Power
The 2.3 kWh pack sits low in the torso behind a single latch. Gen 3 can walk itself to a dock and charge, or a colleague can swap the pack while it keeps holding whatever it was holding.
Compute is on board. Your floor plan, your faces and your routines never have to leave the building.
04 — Legs
Series-elastic actuators in the hips, knees and ankles store energy on every step and absorb it on every landing. That makes the gait quieter, cheaper on the battery, and forgiving when a floor is not quite where the map said it was.
05 — Balance
Force sensors in each sole feed a balance controller that runs at 1 kHz. A push, a wet tile or a tugging dog all get the same treatment: a quick corrective step.
If it does go down, it tucks its hands, lands on padded panels and stands itself back up.
§02 / Field use
Doorways, shelves, handles and stairs were all designed for a body about this size. That is the whole argument for a humanoid: it fits in without anyone moving a wall.
Tote picking, re-slotting, case unpacking and the pallet that arrived at 3 a.m. Gen 3 works the same racks as your team and hands off at shift change.
Dishwasher in and out, laundry folded, groceries put where you keep them. You set house rules in plain words and it keeps to them.
Fetching parts, holding the other end, running the same test rig forty times without getting bored. Your engineers keep the interesting part of the work.
§03 / How it learns
No programming, no teach pendant. You do the job while Gen 3 watches, it tries under supervision, and it asks when something doesn't match what it saw.
Do the task normally, twice. Gen 3 records hand poses, object positions and the order things happen in. A narrated demo helps but is not required.

From then on it works at full speed and keeps a plain-language log you can read. Change the task by showing it the new way once.

§06 / Questions
No. A reservation holds your place in the build queue. When your slot is about eight weeks out, we email a final quote. You pay only if you confirm it, and you can cancel before that at no cost.
Batch 01 is scheduled to start shipping in the second quarter of 2027. Reservations are served in order. Your confirmation email shows your queue position, and we update you if the date moves.
Gen 3 slows down and limits its force when a person or animal comes within arm's reach. The spoken stop word and the physical stop button on its back both work at all times, even offline. We still recommend supervision around small children, just as you would with any large appliance.
Camera data is processed on the robot. Nothing is uploaded unless you turn on a feature that needs it, and each of those features is off by default and explained in plain words. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Batch 01 ships to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom and the European Union. Other regions can reserve now and will be served from later batches.
Every unit comes with a two-year warranty on parts and labour. Hands, battery and covers are designed to be swapped in the field. Most repairs are a module exchange rather than a trip to a service centre.
